UPDATE: STILL NEEDED - Requesting funds in the amount of $2,968.00 to pay for appliances for a home modification (cooktop & wall range with vent). Individual is wheelchair bound and needing modifications to her kitchen to make it accessible for her to use. She is unable to use her current appliances to cook as she cannot reach from her wheelchair. She needs a cooktop and wall range so that she can roll under the cooktop and be independent with cooking. The appliances are not covered items by her waiver program. She is unable to afford the appliances and without them cannot proceed with the kitchen modifications.$0.00 of $0.00
