Supporting a Grandmother Raising Her Grandchildren
We are currently supporting a grandmother who stepped in and adopted her grandchildren 3–4 years ago, providing them with stability, love, and a safe home. She is employed with TSA and, due to the recent government shutdown, has now gone over 30 days without pay. As you can imagine, this unexpected gap in income is beginning to create financial strain for their household. She is doing everything she can to continue providing for her family, but could use some short-term support to bridge this gap. Current Needs: • 🛒 $300 in grocery support for a household of four • 💡 $200 toward utilities to keep the home stable this month Any contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful difference for this family during a challenging time.$300.00 of $500.00
