Sudden death of mother leaves choice of funeral cost or rent
We have been working with a young man for the last 2.5 years, he started as a homeless drug addict but has been sober and advancing in his career since the second day he started with Allos. He has a good full time job and his a place to live. Late last week his mom stood up from the couch and fell over and was rushed to the hospital, where she unfortunately passed. They think it may have been a blood clot. The cost of cremation and the urn are already over $1,000. These traumatic situations can be triggering for people in recovery. We are trying to help him raise as much as possible so he can pay for all costs associated with his loss and not miss his rent payment and have to stress about finances during this difficult time.$494.36 of $2000.00
