Single Mom with Recent Amputation trying to Avoid Eviction

Tiana is a single mom who has had a recent foot amputation is needing help with rent. Tiana lives with her 7 year old daughter in an apartment in Eagan. She has been unable to work over the past 5 years due to her health. She has had multiple surgeries over the past year. She receives MFIB and Food Support and has applied for Social Security Disability but the application is still in process. Tiana got behind in rent with increased expenses due to her medical condition and back to school supplies for her daughter. She is having a hard time catching up while living on a fixed income. Tiana is applying for emergency assistance but is worried it won't come in time. Tiana has received an eviction notice and needs to pay $540 to prevent her and her daughter from becoming homeless. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
