What caused this need?
Single mom supporting 2 children & disabled mom. Just finishing her degree (Dec.) & has secured part-time job in her field, which will expand to Full Time in Nov. Thought she had solved this need, but the expected help surprised her by falling well short of her need, & now she is in a desperate position. Need created because her student grant fell through. Has applied for assistance through CAP & Scott County (couldn't help) & Salvation Army. Will be able to get back on her feet as soon as her job becomes Full Time. She is very excited to find this work in her field.She just wants to keep her family together & provided for in the meantime, & is doing everything she can to accomplish this.
