UPDATE - STILL NEEDED: Immediate need of a Storage Locker at Shakopee Storage and Towing to store belongings for a single mom and 4 children. Some of the belongings are from two adult children that have passed away in the last couple years. To Rent a Storage Unit there it will cost $113.50 up front. We are in need of moving these items as soon as possible. The family may also need another volunteer with a truck to help move belongings.$0.00 of $0.00

What caused this need?
Single mom of 4 kids, one child has severe Autism. This family was given a move out date from their townhome as of March 7th, 2016 and this family has no where to store their belongings, let alone a place to go. The mother is working diligently in following through with resources that she needs to get into place for her own Mental Health needs. There is still a little hope of salvaging their housing if we can get all of the belongings that are stored in the garage into a storage locker and cleaned up. We have a few volunteers ready to help move with trucks.
