What caused this need?
Single mom of 4 children (ages 4, 9, 12 & 15) needs assistance with a past due partial rent payment. This mom is a Personal Care Assistant that was working 2 jobs, one at night, to cover the bills. The older children were watching the younger 2 but it got to be too much for them so she had to leave the one job. County Emergency Funds are not available at this time for her but she is in income based housing and they will be reducing her rent. She will be able to cover the reduced rent - she just has no means for coming up with the past due amount.
