What caused this need?
Single mom and 22 month old son have just recently left a domestic violence situation and have moved in to an apartment. Mom has had to pay first and last months rent along with damage deposit upon move in. She does not have enough money to buy tires for her car at this time but badly needs them before winter arrives.
