Single Bedroom Apartment
A low-income 55+ single person who has been treated for some mental health issues needs a single bedroom apartment. What created the need: this person has a reliable rental history and has lived in the same place for the past 15 years. However, the owner of the home is selling it and she has to move. This person is looking for a reasonably priced 1 bedroom unit. This person is on government assistance to cover the cost of the rental.Submitted by:
