What caused this need?
She is a single mother of 5 children. Her van has had some other issues that she has had to take care of so they have been tight on money lately. This is the family's only mode of transportation. The family has many appointments they attend for the children's mental health as well as transporting the adult daughter to college. New tires will cost about $150.
