What caused this need?
Scott County and community partners have been working with a disabled man. He was months behind on rent and also needed to move into an Assisted Living in order to receive more support. His home is full of belongings and needs to be cleaned out in order to avoid being charged another month's rent. The landlord provided a 1 day extension to 11/29/16.
