What caused this need?
SCA has a client/volunteer being treated for numerous medical conditions. Because of the fluid on her heart and lungs she requires oxygen and air conditioning in order to breathe. The combined cost of electric is way beyond their income resources, especially with the last month of high temperatures and humidity. Presently attempting to get on disability. Despite her poor physical condition she still volunteers with us as much as she is able
