Urgent need for developmentally disabled client with funds that have been mismanaged by his guardian. Client is facing eviction if his rent is not paid by September 5, 2024. This client was unaware that his funds were being mismanaged by his guardian and due to his disability, does not fully understand the gravity of the situation. This client needs $2,000 paid to Bluff Heights Apartments to cover his past due rent and rent for September 2024.$0.00 of $2000.00

What caused this need?
This developmentally disabled client will be homeless if his rent cannot be paid. He is unable to manage finances on his own and his current guardian is also incapable of managing them. Scott County is working with the family to obtain a new financially responsible individual to ensure this does not happen in the future.
