Still need a site for this man. I have a 19 year old client with Severe Autism. I am trying to set up an individual site for him in Scott County. He needs to rent a home but his income is limited between his SSI and MSA - $877month. He is large for his size and can make funny noises. We are looking for an individual site to rent. He will have 24 hours staffing including sleep staff to assist him throughout his day. I have staffing providers but need a residential rental property that he can move into. He is currently living in Prior Lake with his family and he needs to move out. He has an excellent provider working with him. His parents are guardians and would sign the lease. He is a large man and the home would have to accommodate his size. Would also consider a basement rental apartment. He has limited funds and would not be able to pay the first and last months rent, however, rent would be paid with his benefits each month.$0.00 of $0.00
