Prevent Utility Shut Off in High Heat
We are serving a patient at our Cancer Center who is struggling. She has cancer and due to side effects, recently lost her job. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and is planning to have surgery soon. Since she lost her job, she has been unable to pay her utility bill (she lives with her daughter who is working but also has income limits). The utility company is threatening to shut off her electricity today if she does not make a payment of $100. Once that happens, she will be able to set up a payment plan for ongoing payments. It is concerning to have her electricity potentially be shut off when the temperature is so high and with her current health conditions. Please consider donating to assist her in this need! Thank you! $100 urgently to make a downpayment to prevent her electricity from being shut off.$100.01 of $100.00
