Update: NewDay Church has helped these women with transportation and they are now both employed! They are looking for a reasonably priced rental unit in the New Prague area. There are 2 women from our community who are soon to be homeless. They are in need of a camper to live in temporarily. They have a friend who is willing to allow them to stay for a while in their yard. (She lives in the country in Le Center.) I would also really love for them to be able to live somewhere (temporarily) closer so we could provide carpooling for them to and from the church.$0.00 of $0.00

What caused this need?
One of these women have struggled with some emotional issues and medical situations that have led to her not being able to work. She has also had some difficulty with some alcohol addiction. However, they have come to faith in the Lord 2 months ago and they have grown by leaps and bounds. They have been attending worship and Bible Study consistently and she has been attending Celebrate Recovery. Which is why I am sad that they will be so far away. She is able to get a temporary license which would help with the transportation issue, but will need $900 to cover the costs of making that happen. I have full faith in these two women and have really seen the hand of the Lord upon their lives; and the lives of some of our members who have come along side of them and shown them the love of the Lord.
