My client is currently homeless. She is working PT as a server at a restaurant

What caused this need?

My client is currently homeless. She is working PT as a server at a restaurant in Shakopee and looking for an apartment or room to rent. She has no idea where she is going to stay tonight, or for the next 2 weeks. She doesn't get a pay check until October 26th. In the past, she made some bad decisions that she is now trying to remedy. She has been sober for almost 60 days and is working with all of her support services. She is doing everything she can to do the "right" thing but being homeless makes day to day life very difficult. The client, along with her treatment team, are trying to find a place for her to live. If anybody in this network is a landlord I would love to talk with you about any vacancies you have in your property! I am also asking for financial assistance in paying for 2 weeks at a hotel until she gets her paycheck and can pay for her own hotel or apartment! I strongly believe that this client has alot of potential and can turn her life around, but she needs the support of this community to make it happen!
