What caused this need?

Mother of 3 young daughters began Chemical dependency treatment in December of 2013. She successfully completed inpatient treatment as well as outpatient treatment and has demonstrated sobrierty since she began the program. The family has been homeless for several years and receieved a voucher for rent. However, the mother has a 5th degree felony drug charge on her record which is causing her to get turned away from most places. Client and her children are currently residing which her mother in a 2 bedroom apartment and they are all ready to have a place to call their own.
