What caused this need?
Mother of 3 is going through a divorce and with the loss of the primary earners income she has been having difficulty making ends meet. This mother is working hard to maintain stability for her children. During this time she has fallen behind on her water bill to the city. She continues to make small monthly payments but at this time she is owing over $500.00, the family would be very grateful for any help.
