Mother made the effort to purchase the mobile home they were previously living i

I am working with a Spanish speaking mother, who has an adult son, teenage son, and two young children in her home. She is a single mother. They have recently moved into a mobile home that was in very poor condition, and they are slowing trying to clean it and fix it. They currently are in need of a stove, refrigerator, bathtub/shower (current one is cracked), water heater for a mobile home, and window air conditoner. Old bathtub will need to be removed and newer one installed; appliances need to be hauled away when replaced.

What caused this need?

Mother made the effort to purchase the mobile home they were previously living in and tried to keep up with her payments, however the bank came to the home and informed her that they had not received any money. She had been making payments to the owner, not to the bank, and the bank was not getting the payments. They gave her 7 days to evict the home. She had to move in to the only other home that was available with her budget, and the previous owners didn't inform her that the appliances were not working well and they did not clean the home. She had to dispose of many things that were left behind and much of this is still sitting outside of the house. She is employed part time and also helps out at a small store in town. She does not have her own transportation.
