What caused this need?
Mother has two prior evictions on her record, one from when she had a stroke and could not maintain and the other when she was in an abusive relationship and needed to get out. Mother has worked out a payment plan with the CDA to rectify the issue. She has worked hard to stabilize her mental health, chemical health and become independent from her husband. Her and her daughter are currently living with the mother's grandmother and share a bedroom. They have a voucher so the rental must be section 8 approved or willing to become section 8 approved. They need to have a rental agreement signed by November 21 or they will lose the voucher.
