What caused this need?
Mom and her three boys and newborn baby are currently homeless. She was living with her boyfriend, but after a domestic violence incident, she chose to leave the home for her family's safety. She applied to an apartment and was accepted and she receives enough monthly income support to pay the ongoing rent. However, she already used up this income to pay what she owed at her boyfriend's place and now she does not have enough for the damage deposit.
