Medical Spend down assistance
We work with an individual with disabilities, that due to not being able to work for a couple of months because of a back injury has fell behind on paying his monthly spend down for medical bills and services to stay living independently. If he gets the need filled, he will no longer have a monthly spend down but instead have a monthly medical premium at a reduced cost that he can afford.$0.00 of $1210.34

What caused this need?
Due to my limited financial resources, I am struggling to cover my spend down and medical premium costs. These expenses are essential for me to maintain my medical services and overall health. Without this support, I fear I may not be able to access the necessary medical care I require.
