Mechanic Advice
A college student in extended foster care just passed her drivers test and is looking to purchase her first car. I am looking for someone that is knowledgeable about cars to help her find a decent, reliable vehicle. She has found a couple vehicles she is interested in, but does not know what to look for or watch out for. I do not want to see her purchase a car that needs expensive repairs!Submitted by:

She is hoping to find something reliable in the $2000-$3000 range. Also, if someone has a reliable vehicle in this price range they are looking to sell, I would be interested in learning more.
