Leaking Roof
This client lives in a trailer house. The roof is leaking. He needs someone to look at the roof and assess the damage. Right now there is some sealant on the roof keeping it from leaking. There is one spot on the roof that is particularly troublesome that has leaked in past winters. What caused this need?
This member is a senior on a fixed income. He pays more than half of his income to rent on the trailer lot. He owns the trailer home outright, but does not have the funds to fix it. This is a one time expense.
