What caused this need?
In February the mother and her three children were hit in a traffic collision and their car was totaled. (The mother did not see a stop sign behind a snow bank, and entered an intersection without stopping, getting hit by a new pick up, which totaled her car. She and her children were, very fortunately, not hurt). The previous landlord (in Carver) did not properly license the rental property, was hostile, and this family had to quickly move away from him. They also found out the electric meter was wired to bill them for electricity that was not theirs. Tough situation, and they lost many possessions.
