I'm working with a wonderful elderly woman who is taking care of four of her grandchildren. Her car recently broke down in Madison, Wisconsin. She rented a car at the airport to get home. She didn't realize that the rental brand belonged exclusively to the Madison airport until she returned home. She said the rental costed her $800 after she brought it back. She said she's feeling very overwhelmed due to the unexpected costs. Your consideration in regard to helping this individual is greatly appreciated.
