What caused this need?
I'm working with a 41-year-old father, who lives with his wife and 3 boys. His specific union trade has only allowed him 3 weeks of work since November 20th, 2015. His wife works full-time, but doesn't make enough money herself to cover rent, and the family has fallen behind one month on rent and is facing eviction with a court date next week. He just got a call to start working again tomorrow (4/22). The family has really been struggling lately and behind on many bills. Electric is close to being shut off. He said because he is union, he is not allowed to collect unemployment or look for work on his own.
