What caused this need?
I'm working with a 28-year-old single parent woman from Shakopee who is requesting assistance with paying for her car repair. She has recently paid $150 on the bill and still owes $491.12. The repair shop owner is getting impatient and wants her car out of his lot by the end of the month. I have the repair bill, which lists towing, removing and replacing ignition lock cylinder, level 2 inspection, tire rotation and engine inspection as being performed.
