What caused this need?
I have a student who has a great deal of medical needs. She has been very ill this year and it was determined that she has been aspirating foods when eating. She is now on a restricted diet and requires pureed foods only. Her family struggles financially and is unable to afford to purchase one. It is medically critical for her to only be eating pureed foods and I would like to help them obtain the device so that she can eat safely at home.
