What caused this need?
I have a client with disabilities who has recently moved into a new apartment building in Shakopee. At his old place he had two dogs who slept with him and soiled his mattress and box spring. When he moved into a fresh clean apartment, the odor from the mattress has prompted his landlord to issue a warning that he needs to replace the mattress or look at possible eviction. He has lived there about a month. He only has one dog now and gate to help prevent further soiling of his mattress. He needs a new or slightly used double or queen mattress and box spring as soon as possible. He would need the pieces delivered, if possible. He also owes his former landlord over $1800 in back rent due to his using his money for damage deposit and first month rent and utilities for his new apartment. My client is on limited income and and his rent has doubled due to his wanting to have a dog. He receives assistance with his finances.
