What caused this need?
I have a 21 year old male that lives in a supportive apartment complex in Burnsville who is in need of a bike to get around independently. He does have access to the bus, but would like a bike to use to get to and from places for free. He is disabled and the majority of his SSI goes to room and board costs. He has tried a couple of times to enter the workforce, but has been unsuccessful thus far. He wants to keep trying and be able to save up for a car someday. This client has no family connections to assist him. Thanks for your consideration.
