What caused this need?

I am working with relative providers who recently stepped in to provide care for their grandchildren and due to the immediate care, the kids are in great need of some more clothing and shoes. Gift cards would be helpful for the family to overcome the initial financial cost they are going to incur in order to make sure the children have the things they need.
