What caused this need?

I am working with a woman who is behind on bills but obtained a full-time job at the Eden Prairie Mall. She no longer has a car and is in dire need of help trying to get to and from her new job. She plans to move closer to Eden Prairie Mall in the future but at this time does not have the resources to do so. If anyone else works in the mall and lives around Shakopee and would be willing to let her ride with them so that she does not lose this job opportunity it would be greatly appreciated! We have looked to purchase a bus voucher for her but cannot find any transportation service to fill this need as it crosses the county line from Scott to Hennepin. Client attempted to get a volunteer driver through Smart Link but was told that getting back from the mall would be difficult late in the day and could not guarantee scheduled rides.
