What caused this need?
I am working with a single mother of 2 children who recently moved into a 4 plex in Prior Lake. The unit has hook-ups for a washer and electric dryer. The complex has no washer or dryer available so when she needs to do laundry she either walks to the laundromat about a mile away or tries to get rides. If she was able to get a washer and dryer for her unit she would not have to worry about how she is going to get her laundry done with 2 small children. In addition, when she moved in she did not have a table and chairs - she has a small dining room and would like to have the option to sit down and eat as a family. If someone has a small table and 4 chairs available she would appreciate the donation. Please note this client does not have transportation and all donations would have to be delivered.
