What caused this need?

I am working with a mom and her three young children. This mom has experienced significant domestic violence and her abuser is going to being getting out of jail soon. She is concerned that he may do something to harm her vehicle. So we are hoping to help her pay to have a garage at her residence in order to decrease that risk.
