What caused this need?

I am working with a mom and her four children that range in age from 9 to 1 years old. The family's lease ends on March 31st and they are struggling to find housing in our community. The mom is attempting to move to Iowa to be closer to her support system, but in the transition she could use help storing her things while the family does not have permanent housing.
