What caused this need?

I am working with a mom and her four children. She needs to move out of her current residence and is trying to pack and store things in a garage. She is concerned about bugs and other pests getting into cardboard boxes. She needs to move in the next forty five days which a blessing, but also a very stressful time in the family's life. Their current home is in disrepair due to the landlord not fixing things. She is hoping to find a peaceful community for her family.
