What caused this need?

I am working with a low-income, disabled woman whose daughter tragically and unexpectedly died on 12/6/14. My client is listed as the next of kin for her daughter's apartment. The apartment building is requiring the apartment be completely cleaned out by 12/20/14 or they will have to hire cleaners and send the bill to my client. During this tragic time, my client has fallen and fractured her hip. She is physically and emotionally unable to assist with cleaning out this apartment.
