What caused this need?
I am working with a family that consists of a mother and her three children. THe father of the family is currently out of the household seeking treatment. The family has been homeless since December 2014 and has been house hopping since August 2013. They are going to be getting their own residence by the end of the month, but need the deposit for the utilities in order to get into the housing.
