What caused this need?
I am working with a disabled client who has a very low income. She has been required to move to a new apartment. She has a companion cat. The new apartment requires health records for the cat before the cat can also move to the new apartment. The loss of her cat would create a significant loss for this client. Other vet care resources have been explored and are unable to be accessed in this situation.
