What caused this need?

I am working with a 16 year old teenage girl who struggles with mental health and obesity. She is growing out of her clothes very quickly and is in a low income home, where her care providers are not able to afford nicer clothes that she may feel comfortable in. She would greatly appreciate being able to get some new clothes.
