What caused this need?
I am currently working with a single mother towards reunification with her children who are in foster care. The mother is currently at risk for losing her housing. She needs to turn on the electricity in the home in order to pass an inspection, to keep her housing. It will create more difficulties for her to be reunified with her children if she does not have housing.
