What caused this need?
I am currently working with a single mother of three children under the age of 9; the father lives out of state and is minimally involved. The mother is unable to work due to transportation. She currently has an employeer willing to hold a job for her while she seeks out consistent transportation to/from work. She purchased a van, but it cannot be driven until it has new tires on it. She is working to improve the conditions of her home to make it more healthy/safe for her kids and to make the kids? bedrooms more child-friendly. She would like to put a bunk bed in the bedroom of the youngest two children in order to allow play space, as opposed to the two twin mattresses that the children are currently sleeping on on the floor. She would also like access to 1-2 dumpsters to get rid of the large amounts of scrap metal and garbage left at the home, in addition to the old filthy carpet that she would like to rip up and throw out.
