Household Items
*UPDATE* $50 have been given so far to this need. I'm working with a mom who is in the early stages of maintaining her sobriety. I spoke with her recently about some needs that she has for her personal life and for her journey toward sobriety. She has informed me that coffee has been very helpful with her cravings and that she needs a few small household items. This mom stated that she likes to read and would benefit from some memoirs about addiction. This mom would be so appreciative of donations, like a Keurig and K-cups (or brands similar), a toaster, blender, and books like Chicken Soup for the Soul: Find Your Inner Strength, Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul; Chicken Soup for the Soul: Tough Times, Tough People.
