I am working with a single mom with 6 children. She is presently unable to work due to significant back issues. She has applied for Social Security Disability and is in the appeal process. She presently is living on MFIP. Her surgeon wants her to strengthen her back before surgery and she is in need of a recumbent bike or gym membership so she can work on this. She also has no car insurance and is need of insurance or transportation. In addition, any CUB or Wal-Mart cards would be appreciated so help purchase personal care items for the family.$0.00 of $0.00
