Help a Family of Five Get Ready for the School Year
This hardworking family of five could use a helping hand as the new school year approaches. Due to scheduling conflicts, they will be unable to attend the Family Resource Center’s school supply giveaway, leaving them without the supplies their children need to start the school year prepared. In addition to school supplies, one of the children is in need of back-to-school clothing. She is starting school this fall and typically wears hand-me-downs from her older siblings, but many of the clothes she has available are now stained, worn out, or have holes. Mom works hard to provide for her family but lives paycheck to paycheck, making it difficult to cover these extra back-to-school expenses. The family is seeking: * School supplies * A backpack * New back-to-school clothing for one child (appropriate for elementary school) Your support will help ensure these children start the school year feeling confident, prepared, and excited to learn.
