What caused this need?

Handicapped Woman, who is 43 years old, has had many mini strokes. She has medical appointments, falls, and pain that keep her from working (beyond 6 hours a month doing mailings) or raising money for dental needs. Many years ago she lost her front tooth. Since then, she has had an artificial tooth which broke last summer when a partial was placed. Without the tooth she can still be understood but it causes more of a lisp, makes communication more difficult and is unsightly. It has been a year since she found that her dental needs include crowns, an implant, resin and other dental needs. She has $450.00 towards her goal of $6,775.00 dollars in order to get the work done. Her first dental appointment is April 26th and $2000.00 is needed to begin the work. Her goal is to try and have the work done by at the end of July in time for a family reunion if possible. If she can get the work completed this need will not be ongoing.
