Gas leak will be costly!
The smell of gas was detected and after the gas company came to the home it was determined that there was a leak and the gas was shut off. This family now needs to call a plumber to fix the leak. The estimate for the repair is $400.00, which will have to be paid from the families grocery budget for the month. They are currently living with no heat or hot water since the gas has been shut off, and they will not be able to use their furnace and hot water heater until the gas leak has been fixed.$400.00 of $400.00
