What caused this need?

I am the case manager for Richard, who recently moved into a new home and is in need of a few basic household items. Due to limited financial resources, he is unable to purchase these items on his own and is hoping someone may have gently used furniture available. Richard is currently looking for: A dresser A dining room table Two dining room chairs A dresser would be especially helpful in allowing him to organize his clothing and create a more functional and comfortable living space. The color or style of the furniture does not matter—he is grateful for any items that are clean and in usable condition.
